Daniela is a 20+ years apparel industry veteran having led the biggest volume department at Adidas, holding senior design leadership roles at companies like Nike, Columbia Sportswear, and Pendleton Woolen Mills. She’s also been a managing partner of a boutique sourcing agency with a client portfolio of brands from Alps&Meters, to Wilson Tennis.
She now runs the pre-eminent coaching company focused on advancing the career ambitions of heart-centered design leaders, fashion entrepreneurs for a vibrant future and businesses that flourish financially, culturally and sustainably.
